All three of the three phase cycles of the 3 phase input have (self induced voltages by mutual induction between phasings) superimposed upon them from the center element in each of three mutual inductance stackings.  The so named 666 machine is a torsional effect of twisting of magnetic fields made into a circular orbit by segmenting 3 coils per phase in series into three adjacent spirals winding around each other, analogous to a 120 degree offset tri colored striped barbers pole. By polarity reversal of the central coil segment; the induced voltages come from a reverse wired phase that will exhibit lenz law effects from a source only 60 degrees out of phase, whereas the law works at 90 degrees so that extra source of emf arrives 30 degrees ahead in time of the actual phase rotation, yielding a vector summation with the source emf at 15 degrees ahead of the phase rotation.  Cycle after cycle it keeps arriving more and more ahead of the phase rotation until after 12 cycles it completely opposes the source voltage. The next 12 cycles it gradually aids the source emf so that the extra rotating vector source of emf is seen as an extra cycle every 24 cycles Ordinarily this only causes a periodic cyclic voltage effect on the phase itself. However when a (tuned) high induction coil is elevated above a polar area the vibration of the source can be transferred fully to the secondary so as to cause the rotating counter emf to fully oppose the source emf at a point in the entire cycle. The momentary appearance of secondary energy having no primary source is a result of this process.
