This video is quickly going viral, it shows and extremely bright flash from a two different dash cams, it appears the electricity in the vicinity goes out almost instantaneously. This event occurred over Veliky Novgorod, Russia. Apparently UFOs had been seen in the area a few days prior to this event.
Veliky Novgorod, is one of the most important historic cities in Russia which serves as the administrative center of Novgorod Oblast. It is situated on the main road between Moscow and St. Petersburg. The city lies along the Volkhov River. The city has a population of just over 200,000.

On the 27 November a bright flash was captured on film by several eyewitnesses. The strange blue green phenomena knocked out all electrical devices for miles, some say it was a test for a secret EMP weapon, others claim it was caused by UFOs which had been seen in the vicinity days before and prior to the event occurring.
Residents of Veliky, Novgorod, were terrified as they thought the apocalypse had begun. All lights, radio, TV and telephone communications where knocked out as the blast of light hit, plunging the city into terror and darkness.
