HRAI Makes Top HR Professionals Walk on Broken Glasses

Gurgaon: In its endeavor to prepare top human resource professionals stretch and go extra mile, HR Association India (HRAI) organized a rigorous workshop on this 30th of October. The theme of the workshop was “Awaken the Giant in You”. It was attended by top HR professionals of dozens of organizations like Maruti, HeroMotocorp, Suzuki, Amtech, etc.
The program was conducted in association with India Mauritius trade and Cultural Friendship Forum and honorable prime minister of Mauritius H.E. Anerood Jugnauth was the chief guest.
HRAI decided to help Mauritius fight with its unemployment problem and constitute a special cell to assist organizations hire from Mauritius. About 60 percent of the 1.2 million population of Mauritius is of Indian origin, a large number of them from Bihar, with Bhojpuri as their mother tongue. HRAI shall also facilitate a visit of its delegation to Mauritius mid next year.
The attraction of the workshop were three eminent speakers who revealed to the audience their hidden potential. Vikas Vats, celebrity corporate trainer told the audience how they are a part of universal energy and how they can design their destiny by their thoughts. He also taught participants some simple methods to develop positive thoughts.Atika Dhandhia gave participants some powerful breathing tips. PS Rathore helped participants discover super powers in them by making them eat fire and walk on the broken pieces of glass.
Speaking on this occasion Mr. Ravi Sinha, HR – Hero Motocorp said “The conference organised by HRAI was the melting pot of HR professionals along with dignitaries with their rich and varied experience. Indeed a wonderful learning experience”.

The whole workshop was a thrilling learning experience for HR people and they were unanimous in saying that the true power comes from the within and this workshop shall help them take up more challenging assignments. This was quite obvious form the face that despite the day being Karvathauth, the workshop lasted one hour extra than the schedules time.
