Power Outages has decrease by 579,000 to 2,104,451 household without power.
Shelters are open in CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, WV and Ohio. Population is 14, 735 a decrease of 2,709.
There is 4, 632 FEMA personnel involved. Common Sense Preparedness Disaster Response Team has been activated and in en route to New Jersey.
