It all begins with Organic soil

All of our micro-greens, wheatgrass, vegetable seedlings, and herb seedlings begin in the greenhouse area at the farm. Temperatures are held around 70 degrees with lots of natural light (and some artificial lighting to supplement as needed).
And to start, organic-approved potting soil is used. The institute that approves products for organic use is OMRI. Here is a picture of the OMRI label on the potting soil bag.
And what goes into the potting soil? Today, it's thousands & thousands of seeds for micro-greens & wheatgrass… All certified organic seed.
