(N.Morgan) I myself, faithfully use Cayenne pepper in veggie juice, to treat an intestinal ailment I have. it works better than any prescription medication I was given and can also stave off heart attacks. it can cure ulcers, whether bleeding or not and can also treat such digestive disorders as Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis, and IBS. I have found it very effective in treating heartburn as well.
Adults 450 mg. capsule 3 times daily, 1/4 dropper of tin cure in 6 ounces of warm filtered water you can of course eat the organic peppers themselves or sprinkle it on your food the higher the heat content the more capsicum is present.
A warning: I take the drops, not the pills, but if you go with the drops, be warned, they are HOT! The way I do my dosage is 6 drops in a 8 oz glass of veggie juice. I like spicy so this tastes really good, with that hot kick.
I put cayenne in my coffee. It is especially good with cream and sugar. If you have never tried it with chocolate you should.
Chop some peppers up and mix with cottage cheese as a dip, the hotter the better..
Cayenne pepper is one the most important spices. Good for heart health. I do agree. Good post!
I used habanero peppers to cure my Stage 4 cancer 15 years ago.
