Mix together an equal amount of cinnamon and applesauce. Start with just 1 cup each and keep adding cinnamon until you have a good, stiff dough. You can then roll it out to about 1/2 inch thick and then use Christmas cookie cutters to make cute and aromatic Christmas ornaments. Don’t forget to put a small hole in them for the hanger.
Let them dry for several days on a cookie sheet or a wire cooling rack.
