Our friends over at the Tin Hatch Ranch have gone solar and they are bringing us along for the ride. They do a very good job of explaining how and why you need solar. They also help you to understand how much power you will need. Notice I didn’t say want. There is a big difference when you consider going solar. You need to rethink how much power you can do without. Strip your power consumption down to the basics and then you will be able to know how big your back up system should be. They discuss this at length in a video in the link below. Looks like this will be a good series!
