I was in her shoes and let me tell you, A few turns to many and the people that lived behind my house tried to do that. It started out as a small coup. Then it turned to many, like 20-30 and up to 5 roosters! It was annoying, I couldn’t go on my back deck and talk on the phone it was so bad. They were getting in my and my neighbors yards. Then when summer came the smell was horrific! The County FINALLY went out there and made them shut it down because of the unsanitary conditions and not to mention this is a residential area with 300+ houses around. If you live on or near a farm or out in the country, Have at it! But they shouldn’t be in residential areas or in neighborhoods.
