A fascinating controversy has erupted within modern cosmology. It is the appearance of new scientific data which proves the copernican principle to be wrong. The theological implications of this are astounding. It means that everything scientists thought they knew about the universe for hundreds of years has been wrong. It means that the earth really IS the center of the universe and that therefore the existence of earth is no accident.
