Hampton, Director of the Advanced Space Access division at the Boeing Company, asks and answers questions about affordability, reusability and operability. Though these goals have been discussed and studies many times for many years with little progress, Hampton asks if we should expect the result now to be any different ; can we really do this, and if so, what should we do differently.
