European Space Agency’s Rosetta spacecraft used its dust analyzing instrument COSIMA (COmetary Secondary Ion Mass Analyzer) to collect these dust grains from Comet 67P between 11 August and 12 December 2014. An yellow arrow points to curvy tissue remains. They measure about 36 to 49 micrometers across, as they have been magnified 82 times in the above photo. (Note: I expanded ESA’s original photo by 200% and the target plate (dark black) measures one centimeter across in reality). Minerals don’t curve like these. Image source with information:
nobody landed on a comet. come on now. question everything.
