Asteroids: There are two new asteroids for this week. They are asteroids (2016 WH) size 18 meters passing at the distance of 2.33 (LD) today and (2016 WG) size 95 meters passing at the distance of 4.16 (LD) on the 25th.
(LD) lunar distance — all (LD)s are 10 or under and minimum distances.
Solar Winds: Forecasters expect solar winds to reach Earth starting on the 22nd, bring chances of G1-class geomagnetic storms and auroras.
Sunspots: Very small sunspot AR2611 poses no threat for strong solar flares at this time.
Erathquakes: There has been 15 quakes of 4+ magnitude in the last 12 hours. UPDATE — There was a quake of 5.1 magnitude in East London, Eastern cape, South Africa about 3 hours ago. 3rd UPDATE — About an hour ago Namie, Fukushima, Japan was hit by quakes of 7.3 – 6.9 – 5.4 magnitude. There has been Tsunami warnings issued at this time. Also a 4.0 magnitude quake in Homer, Alaska has caused a Tsunami warning to be issued.
