Definition: Three dimensional algorithms are a mathematical discipline of graph theory. It is called dimensional matching of uniform hypergraphs that use a three bar language function that, accordingly, allows the NSA to use scalar technology in combination with their three dimensional algorithms and, accordingly, create a massive x-ray machine that allows the NSA to even watch you moving around in your own home.
