According to a Chelsea Manning article in The Guardian, government whistleblowers are also being targeted and watch-listed
Manning writes that the program “‘works against innovation, creativity and the prevention of institutional corruption. Perhaps this is the real intent … to instill fear and project dominance throughout the intelligence community, the military and among government employees and contractors at large.’”
“Instill fear and project dominance.” Wait a minute. Isn’t that part of the Zersetzung tactics which the Stasi developed as a method of oppression against the East German populace? So are we now to understand that the U.S. government is even targeting its own employees?
It certainly sounds like this is the case and echoes what I stated previously in an article entitled The Deep State, Gang Stalking and Zersetzung: “the progenitors of this program are like cannibalistic snakes which occupy a pit. Eventually they may begin to consume each other.”
It sounds like the feast has already begun.
There is such a culture of paranoia and suspicion within the corridors of the Deep State that they don’t even trust each other. They have no oversight, and all of these safeties which are in place to “prevent leaks,” will diminish the chance for the evolution of an appropriate oversight mechanism for any intelligence organization.
This means that there are inherent organizational weaknesses within the intelligence community.
The Guardian article references the fact that there are more than 100,000 civilian and military employees who are under constant monitoring as potential “insider threats.” George Orwell obviously had some very prophetic insights.
According to The Guardian, the director of “the Whistleblower and Source Protection program at ExposeFacts … called Insider Threat a ‘modern-day McCarthyism that has friends and colleagues spy on and report each other.’”
In another article I authored entitled: The Terrorist Watchlist, Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter, and Gang Stalking, I cited references which revealed that Intelligence agencies such as the FBI, in conjunction with the DHS are creating a “Inoffizieller Mitarbeiter,” or a culture of snitches and informants, reminiscent of East Germany during the Cold War, throughout the United States. Apparently the government has installed its own internal monitoring apparatus as well. The Stasi and KGB would be impressed.
And the fact that the very agencies which are tasked with securing the United States are also clamping down on their people own highlights just how paranoid they are. Who do they trust? No-one. Not even people from within their own ranks.
And the fact that there is a type of inter-governmental or inter-agency Zersetzung network set up in order to prevent employees from blowing the whistle on potentially illegal or unethical activities is demonstrative of the fact that these agencies want free reign to act as they please – with zero oversight.
I also find it interesting that some of the red flags which are used to identify “potential insider threats” (i.e., whistleblowers), are intentionally inititiated, enabled and encouraged by the FBI and DHS in their illegal counter-intelligence program (Gang Stalking a.k.a. post-9/11 COINTELPRO) against targeted and watch-listed individuals who are not in the employ of the government.
These “red flag conditions” created by the FBI include but are not limited to: financial difficulties, familial and personal issues, and “individuals who allegedly want revenge against the government.” Revenge for what one may logically ask?
If people working within the ranks of federal law enforcement and intelligence organizations are behaving in an ethical, moral and honest fashion, who but a real extremist would even consider acting out? What is going on here? Is this an offhand admission to tyrannical treatment of certain citizens and governmental employees? Sounds like it may be.
When the FBI and DHS target people as part of their unconstitutional COINTEL program, they ruin the lives of the watch-listed individuals, destroy their income streams, engage in defamation of their character, chase away their friends and family members, burden them with financial problems, intentionally induce emotional distress in them through harassment and stalking; all in order to create the conditions where some people would consider seeking some type of retribution, legal or otherwise.
And then the FBI and DHS can say. “Aha, look at all of those red flags! A potential domestic threat!”
Look at all of those Red Flags indeed. Ask yourself who created them.
These are well-founded Stasi techniques which were used extensively during the Cold War in East Germany, and also used during the War World II era, when people of Jewish lineage were illegally provoked in Germany via anti-Semitic tactics crudely referred to as “Jew-baiting.” The goal in the latter case was to incarcerate the targeted individual should he or she act out in response to the provocation.
This disguting tactic is being used in the U.S. today against Targeted Individuals who often claim that they are victims of a phenomenon described as “Gang Stalking” in street parlance..
Well maybe now there are factors which could be interpreted as potential red flags, but did the rogue elements working within the FBI and DHS mention to anyone that it was their illegal Zersetzung program which actually created these issues for the targeted individuals? Probably not.
Because if this were common knowledge, the general public might figure out real quick that factions within these two agencies are fomenting conditions conducive to extremist behavior versus actually making the nation more secure.
Is it possible that this is being done in order to create a security threat so that budgets may be maintained while liberties are simultaneously stripped from the general population? And if potential interagency watchdogs do not have an avenue to voice concerns about a broken system, how can dynamics which will inevitably lead us down the road to tyranny ever be stifled?
Interagency paranoia has grown to such a McCarthyesque level that the watchers have begun to fight amongst themselves. This is a sign of systemic and organizational dysfunction which will inevitably hamper the operational capability of intelligence agencies such as the NSA, FBI, and DHS. We do indeed live in interesting times.
For more information on whistle-blower retaliation, defamation of character, false accusations of mental illness and stalking, check out the March 28, 2016, Before Its News article entitled: NSA Whistleblower Comes Out of the Shadows Into the Light.
As a final note, I am supportive of the majority of federal employees, and local and state law enforcement who are often duped via bogus information being funneled from a federal level to regional data fusion centers. The FBI, DHS and NSA do have a lot of brilliant-minded people working within their ranks, but they are held hostage to the system just as we are. Do not judge any of these agencies via the actions of the rogue actors working within them.
Finally, for whistle-blowers and targeted individuals, the appropriate means of seeking recourse can only be found through legal avenues versus any type of reactionary methodology. The ultimate goal is to defame and destroy the targeted individual or whistle-blower through false psychiatric diagnoses, incarceration, financial ruin and other Soft-Kill methods. Do not fall for any of these traps.
