Prominent Doctor Targeted Over Secret Mind-Control Weapon Research Proof

Electromagnetic (EMR) mind control weaponry is held so highly secretive by the United States government, world renowned Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher faced extreme targeting after her research proved brain weapons exist. Dr. Rauscher is a former researcher with the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the Stanford Research Institute, and NASA. This article revisits how a shadowy government entitiy impacted the life of this doctor, and reminds the reader of the many other doctors, who met early deaths in unusual circumstances for exposing information in the best interest of humanity rather than the corporate government’s interest.

Dr. Rauscher has authored over 250 scientific papers and co-authored several books including Orbiting the Moons of Pluto: Complex Solutions to the Einstein, Maxwell, Schrodinger and Dirac Equations and The Holographic Anthropic Multiverse: Formalizing the Complex Geometry of Reality.

In the 1970s, Dr. Rauscher held a Q government security clearance for her research on the cosmos with physicist Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb. Q government clearance is a United States Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance roughly comparable to a United States Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Access (TS-SCI). It is the most permissive clearance granted by the United States Government, acting as the sole means of access to vast compartmentalizations Top Secret and Secret Restricted Data, and DOE “security” areas.

Anyone with an active Q Clearance is always categorized as holding a National Security Critical-Sensitive position (sensitivity Level 3).[1] Additionally, most Q cleared incumbents have collateral responsibilities designating them as Level 4: National Security Special-Sensitive personnel. With these two designations, the highest-risk sensitivity levels, occupants of these positions hold extraordinary accountability, harnessing potential to cause exceptionally grave or inestimable damage to the national security of the United States.

Dr. Rauscher had never wanted to work on weapons, says Cheryl Welsh, who interviewed Dr. Rauscher. Her work with Teller involved the cosmos. She turned down offers to work on Star Wars. Today, to enhance health, she develops medical devices based on bioelectromagnetics.

In 2011, MIT professor David Kaiser published a book about Rauscher and George Weissmann, graduate students at UC Berkeley, California, How the Hippies Saved Physics: science, counterculture and the quantum revival. Scientific American, New York Times and other major news sources reviewed this book.

In 1975, Rauscher and Weissmann founded the Fundamental Fysiks Group (Group), an informal weekly discussion group.

Dr. Rauscher was threatened by the head of Navy medical research, with an $800 million budget. Rauscher  stated in the oral history conducted by Cheryl Welsh:

But when I gave talks on it [electromagnetic radiation bioeffects on humans], I was threatened with a guy who was head of navy research for the whole navy. Paul Tyler [head of Navy medical research with an 800 million dollar budget]. If I spoke on my research, this was on the Capitol steps, they would destroy my work and my life. And my God, every contract [at the time] got canceled.

And I didn’t. I stopped doing radio and television with Bill. But that’s when we were married [after his wife divorced him]. This was in the mid ‘80s. And I’m thinking, God! You know, I mean, I grew up in a Republican family that believed in this stuff. I believed in this country and the Constitution. I’ll tell you what. There are some really nasty folk out there.

  • The term “remote viewing” was concocted to put lipstick on the pig originally called “clairvoyance.” It, along with telepathy and telekinesis, were subjects of research in the 50s and 60s that was deeply flawed in its misuse of probability theory.

The Pentagon funded remote viewing “research” for years and there was even a remote viewing arms race with the Russians, who have a long history of pursuing outre theories (Stalin was particularly fond of Lamarckianism, for example). The whole field has been debunked but keeps resurfacing, one of those manifestations of human wishful thinking and credulity that fall under the general rubric of magic.

There are, on the other hand, very credible physicists who seriously entertain the notions of multiuniverse and a holistic universe, and the concept that our particular universe is an anthropic one. But a person can be a brilliant physicist and still believe in some nonsense.

The Office of Naval Research is notorious for its desire to weaponize scientific findings, and they fund a lot of research. At meetings of the Society for Neuroscience and the Neural Network Society they always had booths where scientists could discuss the possibility of funding their projects, and many legitimate lines of research were funded by the ONR. But it was also pretty commonly understood that they were also fishing for any science they could weaponize. Less open was the cruising by CIA and other nefarious government agencies at these meetings.

All in all, another sad instance of the unethical and immoral misapplication of science by the war machine.

    • Oops, holographic universe.

    • wow you people will do anything to hide the truth. you are lying through your teeth. project mannequin, project oaktree, project anvil, I could go on and on. you are probably just jealous you don’t have that ability. numerous people have done this and proven it time and time again. CIA files prove it as well. you are clearly a troll. you assholes will just never tell the truth. pathetic

      • Jacko

Actually you thinking people not agreeing with your conspiracy are trolls shows you’ve read a few to many theories and are getting a bit paranoid.
