is called sanity.
There are no mistakes;

Only a man

when it’s had enough.
Sabotaging oneself
is not natural.
It is a learned process.
Loving oneself
is a natural process.
If you don’t know
how to love yourself,
it’s very simple.
Stop sabotaging yourself.

can give you
