(Before It's News)

What is your dare quotient like? Ready to play with the tarantulas in Brazil? Will you be up for a challenge to swim in the icy waters of the Hudson River mid December? Or, maybe you would b ready for an adrenalin rush biking away on the most technical mountain bike trails in USA? We are excited to talk more about it, and this is a post for the adventure lover; someone with a zest to go off-beat in life and ready to take the bull by the horns (not literally), and to ride it too. The daredevil zone as most of these biking trails are known to be; check them out and let us know below in the comment section, which of them excited you the most!

McKenzie River Trail—Eugene, Oregon

If you like the twisted routes never taken before, the McKenzie River Trail—Eugene, Oregon is one of the most technical of all biking routes to challenge your spirit into. What you get is a tight single-track length trail of 26.5miles to thrill upon, which experts and beginners alike enjoy. Plenty of climbs and curves to be ready for, and then there are lush green forests and icing on the cake- lava fields that embrace the region at every pit stop (almost). While you zip through the length and breadth of the McKenzie River Trail—Eugene, Oregon trail, you would be feasting your senses on hot springs and pools bright blue and deep; there is a descent down the mountain that challenges the vertical senses too, with great waterfalls and tightest of turns.

The Dakota Ridge Trail

Head on to Denver, which is a popular destination for tourists and bikers alike, but what makes this place a technically challenging zone for bikers is the insane number of chunky steep rocky terrains around. If you thought the accessibility to the place was child’s play; you were wrong. The DAKOTA RIDGE, must we remind you are steep for climbers and the ridge line exposure is not an easy route to traverse upon. Both sides exposed on the trail, the The Dakota Ridge Trail, would ask nothing less of immortals to bike away; in short, the bravest of souls willing to take the challenge of risking it all would embark on such a trail!

Tahoe Rim Trail—California/Nevada

Why is the Tahoe Rim Trail—California/Nevada a challenge? To begin with, it has a Lake Tahoe ringed within, which is 165-miles – all of it in the middle of the Tahoe Rim Trail—California/Nevada- the largest alpine lake in all of North America. Added to that, technically you would be challenged by the TRT of 80 miles that riders and bikers usually use, but the running tracks and the biking tracks are a single mile, with its long climbs, and heights that send you in a dizzy. Lung busting to be honest, the Tahoe Rim Trail—California/Nevada is not for those with a weak gut; but the scenery is mind blowing to say the least, especially when riding through the jungles and the slopes, the highest ridges and we warn you not to look down!

Blackjack and Raspberry Ridge

The best thing about the Blackjack and Raspberry Ridge is that it has connector trials- two short ones. While traversing the Blackjack and Raspberry Ridge, the beginning looks like a fairy tale leaf, straight out of a book. But as they say “never judge a book by its cover”- we stand by the same here as well. What is the technical highlight of the Blackjack and Raspberry Ridge then? Imagine waterfalls at twenty feet height, and slotting its way down as you ride through; full force, no mercy and with winding slopes and bumps everywhere- we did tell you not to judge a book by its cover, didn’t we?

Porcupine Rim

The Porcupine Rim trail is also one of the most dangerous technical trails in the US. Bikers and riders alike have fallen in love with the Porcupine Rim for a very long time, and most single track community members have high reviews about this place as well. Narrow and Moab styled exposure guaranteed, if you aren’t ready for the rocky descents and the steepness of the Porcupine Rim trail, this isn’t a route for you to prance around on. Once again, not for the weak hearted and the gut infused!

Let us know which of these trails caught your fancy the most!
