If you're going to boogie in the middle of a busy street, at least look both ways first.
I think this was an exercise in how far he could push the good nature of drivers to be polite and conscious of his stupidity and avoid hitting him as he knowingly put himself and the drivers on the road in harms way.
He forgot to take into consideration however, the fact that not everybody got the “pay attention there are assholes dancing in traffic today” memo.
