This is a very very interesting video … and the only thing I can say is that …. what was in their evil plans of the negative elite to be … will not unfold the way that they had planed … and that the Divine Plans will somewhere in the main stream of of events … take over ..
Even though the two plans may travel the same course for a brief time … the Divine plan will overtake and prevail … as the New Beginning of all things take place …
The original HARP … is an ancient earth/core facility … one that the evil elite had gained control of … and was able to partially back engineer and even activate it's functions …
But the mother earth consciousness has awaken … and is taking back all functions of not only the original HAARP facility … but of many back engineered and stolen facilities …. in the which the evil elites had put in play …
The Ancient HAARP was one governing source to the very powers and principalities of earth's atmosphere …
Also on other matters addressed by the video …. Mother earth must loosen the grips of her mantle plates … and in doing so there will be earthquakes in not only divers of places … but numerous ones in known quake zones … and too the new fault lines will become active … and once thought to be sleeping volcanoes will become active again …
I myself as an Anointed Seer … have been haunted with the image of Japan falling into the sea … and this video gives a great explanation of why this could happen …
And though the video gives a different account of why the Hawaii Islands are covered with waters .. I have seen over 30 years ago … known that those islands would be no more, as they were to be swallowed by the waters …..
And I have also seen in the haunting of visions … that California would be sectioned off and drawn under by massive waters …
And though I can agree with the splitting of the United States’ surface crust …. the dividing line will take a more of a eastern turn instead of the video’s predicted western turn …
And not only that … but there are the Positive celestials whom are overseers of matters … they are positioned in specific locations in massive size ships …. and will not let great harm come to the majority of the innocent …
We as a people in this matrix … are in little control of anything … we have only to watch and pray and keep our light consciousness in the Positive mode of energy … Love one another and plunge our daily character in doing deeds of good …
And the word "doomed" … I would only apply to wickedness, and evil …oppression, enslavement, hardships, and sorrows …

Your demonstation using a peice of bubble wrap is not what is happening geologically in plate tetonic subduction zones.
