A UFO article found HERE stated that "UFO proof they do cause massive electrical lightening .. and that the video (and above picture) was captured by German Tourists in Brazil on January 6 ….

I would definitely say that there is a connection between UFOs and many outbreaks of lightning .. as such harnessing of the 'ground-up' generated lightening … would be a good and perfect source for a hovering craft's Positive Plasma core's restoration process…

I would also consider there being a deep underground and ancient celestial collider of the ‘anti-matter god particle’ which generate these ground-up disburse of lightening … and do so for the very purpose of a related craft's plasma core restoration process …

I would consider that a specific craft itself via synchronized frequencies … would be able to activate coded signal commands necessary to initiate such a sky based plasma core restoration process …

In this case the underground ancient ‘anti-matter god particle unit’ (powered by the core facility)  would function as ancient mother/earth refueling station …

The Wikipedia free encyclopedia bring out several interesting points concerning the phenomena of lightening …

Lightning is an atmospheric discharge of electricity accompanied by thunder, which typically occurs during thunderstorms, and sometimes during volcanic eruptions or dust storms. Lightning can also occur within the ash clouds from volcanic eruptions, or can be caused by violent forest fires which generate sufficient dust to create a static charge .

How lightning initially forms is still a matter of debate: Scientists have studied root causes ranging from atmospheric perturbations (wind, humidity, friction, and atmospheric pressure) to the impact of solar wind and accumulation of charged solar particles. Ice inside a cloud is thought to be a key element in lightning development, and may cause a forcible separation of positive and negative charges within the cloud, thus assisting in the formation of lightning.

Lightning can occur with both positive and negative polarity.

An average bolt of positive lightning carries an electric current of about 300 kA — about 10 times that of negative lightning.
