Witness Statement: Out walking the dogs as it was just starting to get light on the horizon when I saw a very bright constant light, much brighter than any aircraft, the light had an argon glow about it almost neon and extremely bright when it flashed prior to zooming away in a northerly direction. The whole episode took around 3-4 seconds and it was moving in an upward diagonal from bottom right to top left of my view. cannot estimate distance from me to bright light as there was nothing to compare against with reference to distance. This left me totally bewildered wondering if I believed myself to what I have just witnessed. I know it wasn’t a plane or chinese lantern all I know is I saw what I saw and have tried to describe it as best I can. Thanks.
