Witness Statement: I was looking across the dales towards the Irish sea (west kirby) when i saw a very fast object fly from liverpool way (north) to wards north wales (south). It was going to fast to be a normal Plane as i had to turn my head fast to keep up with it. i would say it was at about 20,000 feet and doing well in the speed of over 2000 mph . I am an ex RAF ground crew so i know speeds etc. The object was shapped like a rake and had 8 greenish lights along its length and rake tail area. It made no noise but i heard two bangs as it came in to site then one more bang as it went out of view. A man walked past me and said ” did you see that?”
