On May 16, 2011 the Centers for Disease control released a Zombie Apocalypse Survival guide. They had claimed that it was just a easy way to get the public into preparedness. As of June 2, 2012 it is becoming apparent that this may have been some sort of predictive programming exercise as the zombies have started to appear… or so it seems.
In what originally had sounded like a piece of fiction, Charles Ward reported a strange incident on his blog.
Ward claims that in 2003 he visited St. Joesphs hospital in Houston, Texas to visit a hospitalized friend. Upon entering the hospital, Ward saw army personal & what looked to be Federal Agents of some sort.
Inside he shared an elevator with 2 of these “suits” while noticing how quiet and the hard glaze on their faces. After visiting with his friend, he ended up following some agents down the opposite wing of the hospital.
Fear mongering (or scaremongering or scare tactics) is the use of fear to influence the opinions and actions of others towards some specific end. The feared object or subject is sometimes exaggerated, and the pattern of fear mongering is usually one of repetition, in order to continuously reinforce the intended effects of this tactic, sometimes in the form of a vicious circle.
