Witness Statement: I came outside to have a cigarette and looked up at the sky! It was quite overcast with breaks in the clouds, could see the usual stars! I seen this light moving across the sky it was about the size of a star from the naked eye! It was to slow to be a plane, and no sound? And couldnt have been a lantern due to wind direction!? Very weird!Strange light or ufo?
