Witness Statement: I was on a BA flight back from Prague, flying into Heathrow. I had a window seat and am a frequent flyer. The plane an Airbus 320, was decending through thick cloud. I noticed what I initially thought was a kite out of the window below us. It was a long curved shaped object. Itwas not a reflection as it passed relatively slowly under the wing and out the other side. I was bemused and checked our airspeed which was 300mph at 18,000ft. It would be difficult to estimate the distance of the object but at a guess, I would say less than 100 meters. The pilot took no avoiding collision action.
