Witness Statement: I was waiting for my PC to shut down and was gazing out of the window when an orange orb of light came into view from behind a nearby rooftop. The orb rose straight up then stopped and held its position for a few seconds, then the orb moved upward at a 45 degree angle and again stopped for a second or two. Then the orb maneuvered in a large 360 degree circular loop and without stopping continued to move from the South to the North, I then lost it behind another rooftop. Although I tried to relocate it by moving my position and watching for a while, i didn’t see it again.
