Witness Statement: As I was waiting for my train at Rugby Station, a noiseless whitish/light blue ball of light began to move towards the station, at a much lower height than the likes of a star. I would have dismissed it as a satellite merely orbiting across its path, until it appeared to almost slow down abruptly, and then start moving again- working between stopping and starting as it moved over the station.
It could have been ball lightning, as there was a thunderstorm (not far from there) much earlier in the day, but Ive never known ball lightning to slow down.
