Witness Statement: Had just gone to bed. Lay looking out of window, window open. Saw what I first thought was the lights on the wing tips of planes, but then realised that they were way too far apart to be a plane at altitue. Also notices that they were dim and that there were many. Silently moved smoothly, but fast through the air moving from the north side of the river to the south crossing (from my view point) over MI6 building and disappeared from my view. Minutes later a helicopter also flew over which made me reailse that whatever it was that had passed over previously was silent.
