Witness Statement: I was making a cup of tea this morning , waiting for the kettle to boil I was looking out of the window at the clouds and saw just the clouds then saw what appeared to be a black slit in the cloud as soon as it appeared it took off like 0- 1000 at least in less than a split second out of sight behind neighbouring houses .
if It hadn’t moved I would have never even seen it , the thought that went through my mind was that it was as if they had seen me looking at them and took off but like I said if it hadn’t moved I wouldn’t have noticed anything was there apart from what could have been a dark patch in the clouds . This was sighted looking from Wakefield out towards pontefract easterly .
