Witness Statement: Coming home from Plymouth going towards the M5 from A38 we were driving when I saw I’m the sky from my left as I was sat in te passenger seata big ball of green with a green tail. Ithought at first it was a firework but realised it couldn’t be as it was too large and was soaring past us to disappear
