Witness Name: L Drage
Witness Statement: A silver sphere travelling south west far too quickly for a balloon and was confirmed when it stopped and changed direction, probably 15-20ft across and 1000ft up, then 20 mins later came back much higher altitude opposite direction heading north again changing direction, slowing and speeding up at intervals.
