Witness Statement: A neighbour and I observed a very bright light moving slowly over the south end of Milton Keynes. There was a droning noise. Larger than a star or an aeroplane we thought at first it was a police helicopter but the sound was different and it was larger and maintained an area for hovering or slow movement. It appeared to be spinning in a circle. Over an hour, from my vantage point it moved about two inches northwards, back and up. A plane moving much faster and looking tiny in comparison, flew underneath.
