Witness Statement: I’m not sure if what i saw was anything strange, but wanted to report it incase anyone else saw something. I was walking up a ramp up onto the main road and saw what i first thought to be a black rubbish bag floating over the road, but it caught my attention because of how much it seemed to move and change shape, when i first saw it as a rough dimond shape, moving from left to right, over the south bound lane of the road, then over the north bound lane. It appeared to me to be quite low down when moving over the road, which lead me to belive it was a bag, as it crossed the road it started to gain height and seemed to have the shape of a flat rotating disk, so sometimes looking like a a black circle, then looking almost like a thin black line, as if seeing the disk edge on. It kept gaining height but what really made me think it was strange was it just change to bright red, then back to black and so on till i lost sight of it. The sky was really clear with just some thin cloud way off in the distance and i dont think it was the sun making it look red, although it was quite low in the sky, but in the opposite direction the object was going in. I’d be really interested to know if anyone else saw anything strange around this time. Also, i do have quite an interest in uap, but this is the first time i have ever seen anything i couldn’t explain.
