Witness Statement: Driving south from Stirling, without stopping, my partner and I saw a bright light in the sky ( similar to a search light without beam) moving very fast, back and forth, mainly from east to west for approximately 4/5 minutes. Initially I thought it was some form of beam, reflecting on a pylon power line, however as we passed the pylon, it was clear that the light was much higher in the sky and larger than we first thought. The pace of the beam moving was extraordinary and neither of us have seen anything like this before.
