Witness Name: Matthew Lane
Witness Statement: It was a Bright Orange Star to bright and Star sharped to be a chinese lantern, it was also too large to be a chinese lantern. Also it was moving too fast to be a lantern, it was moving in an South Easterly Direction.
The distance was about the size of sky scraper and it had no lights underneath (such as planes or helicoptors) and was silent. I have let enough chinese lanterns off at new year so know it was not this. Would like to know if anyone else saw what I saw and could shed any light on what it could be.
