Witness Statement: As I looked out of my window I saw a smal dark object flying at first I thought it was a plane but it had no noise and it was too small, the craft had (visible) 3 red lights, flashing right to left, it was moving at a fast paste it was gone after 10-15 seconds and flew off to the South east south.
