I received this comment about a cigar-shaped UFO, which was observed on October 7, 2016 over Douglasville,Georgia, U.S.A.
Here it is.

Report from comment:
Saw this exact craft on 10/7/16 over Douglasville, Ga. About 3,000 ft, moving about 200 knots. Flew into an opening in the clouds and then back into the clouds. Also had the misty aura around the exterior. I'm a retired Air Traffic Controller and know what a airplane looks like. This was no airplane! I saw this craft a 1:10 pm also?
