Arming Illegal Aliens Through ‘Non-Amnesty’

PHOENIX, AZ --(Ammoland.com)- The lamestream media told you:
Sidestepping Congress which has refused to act reasonably on various amnesty plans proposed by Mr. Obama, the White House has implemented a program to allow certain undocumented immigrants stay in the country through a “non-amnesty” implemented by executive order, being called “deferred action.”
This allows youngsters brought into the country illegally by their parents to apply for waivers and attend college, since they were innocent victims of their parents illegal activity, and it’s not fair to punish them for the acts of their parents.
The program is good for two years, at least for now. Authorities are concerned that some illegals may try to use the plan to falsely get papers and become immune to deportation. About 1.75 million people are thought to be eligible for the non-amnesty-like scheme.
The Uninvited Ombudsman notes however that:
Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer has declared that the estimated 80,000 people illegally present in Arizona, who would be subject to Obama’s executive order, should not be eligible for drivers licenses under Obama’s plan, a touchy point to be contested by advocates for the illegals.
If they do get licenses, it would be hard to keep them off the voter rolls, and you could have illegal aliens voting, presumably for the person who invented the plan that got them the vote, tipping the scale in Obama’s favor, a neat election year stunt.
This would not count as vote fraud, which the lamestream has declared is rare. The Maricopa Community Colleges, known to be left-leaning institutions, want to give the illegals in-state tuition rates, about three times lower than normal, which even American citizens from around the country cannot get. How that might be fair to real Americans was unknown at press time.
Of perhaps even greater concern, by declaring these people to be here legally, they might no longer be prohibited possessors under federal gun law:
18 USC § 922 (federal statute)
(g) It shall be unlawful for any person
(5) who, being an alien –
(A) is illegally or unlawfully in the United States
to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce, or possess in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.
No one seems to have taken notice of this unintended consequence, but since it is only less than two million non citizens it probably doesn’t matter much, according to unnamed federal authorities who were not reached for this report.

IF ANY AMERICAN is killed, murdered, raped or otherwise harmed in any way what so ever by an amnestied person. Then it is OBAMA that will be the facilitator and thus a culpable actor in the crime/crimes and subject to arrest and prosecution as an accomplice before, during and after the fact!!!
