Second Amendment Rights Are Under Coordinated Attack In Florida

Florida - -(Ammoland.com)- Your right to defend yourself and your family is under attack in Florida by the most coordinated and well-funded effort we have seen in decades.
A bill submitted by State Senator Chris Smith would remove protections for those who act in self-defense by requiring police to arrest without a “probable cause” requirement.
The bill also seeks to limit the ability of people who act in self-defense to get proper legal representation by removing the requirement that attorney’s fees be paid for civil lawsuits against any person who is found to be immune from prosecution for lawfully using force.
Sen. Smith’s bill would also create a situation where you have no right to self-defense if you have left a “place of safety” and entered an area where you may be attacked. This bill is nothing short of dangerous. It must be stopped.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s multiple gun ban groups, including the Mayors Against “Illegal” Guns and the Second Chance on “Shoot First” Campaign, are pouring resources in to Florida to gut your right to Bear Arms and to defend yourself.
The gun ban lobby is pushing legislation to create more “gun free” zones that have been proven time and time again to provide safe havens to murders while rendering their victims defenseless. They are trying to ban all standard capacity and extended magazines, semi-auto rifles, handguns, and shotguns. Many of these groups and anti-gun politicians are even suggesting confiscation of your lawfully possessed firearms!
THIS is the biggest, most well-funded, most coordinated, and most dangerous attack on our rights that we have faced.
