Have you started checking the area around you when you enter a crowded area or room. Where is the closes exit, Fire extinguisher? Do you know how to give basic field first aid? When to use a tourniquet, How to stop bleeding? These are the items we need to focus on, If we were in Boston that dreadful moment, what would we have done? Run, help? Something we all need to answer, because the next time it could be in your neighborhood. The time is now to learn what we don’t know, revisit your family emergency plans and be prepared to shelter in place during a incident.
