Allen West Easily Wins Republican Primary Race

Congressman Allen West sailed to an easy victory over Republican challenger Martin County Sheriff Robert Crowder in Congressional District 18.
Congressman West opened up large leads and according to the Palm Beach Post, was winning both St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties by more than 60 percentage points.
West used to represent the 22nd Congressional District but after redistricting left the county leaning more Democratic, West switched districts to District 18.
Congressman West thanked the crowd and then sent his daughter back to school at Nova Southeastern University, according to the Palm Beach Post.
