Encapsulated in this video we see exactly the problem with bureaucrats.
This woman, Angela Prattis, at no financial profit to herself, feeds the children in a town which has a per capita income of $19,000.
Chester Township officials says she didn’t ask THEM if she could do this and her area isn’t “zoned” for feeding children.
Toward the end of the video, the city manager says it’s not HIS job to go to her but that SHE should go to him to “work something out.”
Otherwise she’s going to be fined if she continues, though they’re allowing her to finish the summer, feeding hungry children.

In another case, the city shut down a hot dog stand run by a kid, who is now homeless because the family has no income.
Lemonade stands are under attack.
Farmers can’t sell raw milk.
Or crafts on their farms.
In fact, churches can’t feed the homeless because they can “never replace the government.”
And because it’s beneath the “dignity” of the “homeless” to take food from churches in the “outdoors”.
Why?
See, they are our overlords.
We answer to them, the officials, the bureaucrats, the anointed ones.
And now Joe just bein’ Joe in an obvious case of pandering to Black Americans, many of whom fashion themselves as former slaves, declares that REPUBLICANS just want to “put y’all back in chains”?
We might ask:
Just WHO’S in CHAINS, Joe?
