  • the 9th circuit notes in its denial of suit that Winter v. Natural Res. Def. Council, Inc., 555 U.S. 7 (2008) which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the lawsuit w/obama’s eligibility!!
    winter v nat res def council is a suit concerning the Navy’s use of “mid-frequency active” (MFA)
    sonar during integrated training exercises in the waters off southern California (SOCAL).
    Talk about a wtf moment??
