(Before It's News)

In my many years of research on the topic of asserting one’s rights I have not come upon a document that is quite as powerful as this one. This is something you would fill out and then hand to the peace officer to sign if you are pulled over. You would tell him you just “need it for your records in case this goes to trial.”

I’m thinking most peace officers violating their oath (by pulling you over for a non-emergency) who have no probable cause to be dealing with you against your will, will likely leave you alone once they see that you know the law and are prepared to drag him/her onto a witness stand.

Truth be told I have not used it but this is right in line with much of the information I’ve learned… in one handy piece of paper you can keep with you in your automobile.

Disclaimer: If you don’t know the law and what this document does then DO NOT experiment. You must be able to talk the talk… not just copy someone else’s homework. You will be tested eventually on your knowledge. If you would like to learn more about asserting your rights effectively in the court’s eyes feel free to add me to skype, unsene or twitter @vinceableworld.
