After capturing the events of the accident on camera, an Ocean County Prosecutor’s office detective reportedly demanded that Lacey resident Andrew Flinchbaugh hand over his camera after catching the incident on tape. When Flinchbaugh failed to give up the camera, despite remaining fully cooperative, he was arrested on charges of obstruction despite offering to provide the OCPO with a copy of the footage and presenting identification.

  • I had the exact same thing happen to me and it cost me $2000 for a jury trial. The cops lost but they laughed as they cost me all that money for nothing. When I went to sue, I could not find a lawyer to take the case. Anyone that would fight for this country is an idiot. I say this as a retired Army officer with 24 years service. Every day I pray for revolution.
