  • Man

    is this a parody?

  • There are serious issues with what is being reported:

    1. The so-called government called United States is a corporate government that the people agreed to. You could say that this construct of a government is a separate trust/Constitution that was established during the time of Abraham Lincoln and expanded upon multiple times from corporate CEO/President W.Wilson, FDR, etc. The whole idea of a military waiting on the “people” to do something to take action is ridiculous. If the military has lawful authority to restore all entities back to the original “de jure” system, there is much that needs to be done prior to that such as unraveling the United States corporation.

    2. Arizona passes law which issues in penalty to anyone (in their state corporate office) who attempts to enforce federal gun laws. Well, this is totally inaccurate for Arizona is a sub-corporate entity or an “administrative subdivision” of the United States corporation–not operating on the jurisdictional plane of the “de jure” republic–and any law that Arizona passes, the United States Supreme Court has exclusive jurisdiction over all “civil” matters, thus, that law will be blocked or estopped so more or less these corporate actors are actually just pandering to the public for “votes.”

Now, what people do not realize is that the republican form of government established by trust/contract called The Constitution of the United States of America was established by We The People which means we created this government. We could not create a trust/contract and give away rights we did not already have as natural men and women under God or the Creator or Nature or however one wishes to examine their belief on that which created us. In any case, nowhere in the Constitution including the Bill of Rights (1st 10 Amendments) does the republican form of government give us any rights such as the “right to bear arms,” but rather, it conveys that all government agents in that system have the duty to not “infringe upon our right to bear arms.” This means that we already had that right and why would we give up a right to a corporation (an artificial person) to grant that right back to ourselves or grant a privilege such as having to get permits and licenses for a right we already have?

The people are beyond ignorant about the two different political governments operating here in America. They have no clue how it is the people who are volunteering their consent to attach to a particular government by certain applications, forms, elections, and declarations made. For instance, if you operating with licenses, permits, residences, social security #s, license plates, registering home/car and other property, or even participating by voting, and the millions of other contracts that one enters to to attach themselves to the corporate “de facto” United States which operates as a political democracy, you have abandoned the republic and your given away your private rights to another to manage.

Time and time again people will argue with me yet they do not want to research what is going on nor take responsibility for their actions and unless people accept that it is their fault, not that government’s fault, that they are in this mess, then maybe they can start to dig out of this hole they got themselves into. However, based upon what I have seen in my observations, I do not see that many people who are serious about “digging themselves” out of this hole because people are too co-dependent on the system and its protections and inducements to let go.

Now let’s go to Pete Santeli, I had attempted to contact him to warn him he is about to get slammed because of his actions for he was making this charge about “restoring the republic” yet he starts talking about having to confer with his attorney about how to handle a particular matter. Pete clearly shows that either he is an ignorant fool or an agent and I can’t quite put my finger on it at this moment. What I will say is that if one has to confer with an attorney about how to handle themselves, then one has already been defeated. The attorneys are a closed-shop business with a duty to protect their association (BAR/ABA) and then public policy, then lastly, the client. If you are a “client” of an attorney, you are deemed an “incompetent” and a “ward of the state” and you have given power of attorney over to that attorney to manage your legal rights.

Well, I could go on and on about the flaws in the one who posted this video’s presentation. He clearly does not understand these political systems and how the are constructed nor how the courts have ruled in regards to those on the republic for the republic is still here–it just takes people to understand how it works and how to invoke their rights and not participate in any way, shape, or form the United States corporate “de facto” democracy.

Signed as a private man, without prejudice + only territorial to one of the several States in the American Union.

    • Nice and concise narrative. More people are quickly waking up to your points than you may realize. The current movement on this will turn into the revolution of Restoration.

The Elite in their haste have broken the hypnotic slumber of the masses through their unveiled provocative moves.
