As part of our campaign against TSA pat-downs for kids, We Won’t Fly co-founders George Donnelly (me) and Jim Babb ask that you call a different government or travel industry each player on this issue each week.
This week, it is Disney. As part of their mission statement, Disney says its job is to protect kids. Plus, Disney’s theme parks are a travel destination for lots of kids. Disneyland is the reason many kids risk TSA pat-downs. Kids are Disney’s primary target market. Disney needs to speak out with a strong voice in support of children’s basic human dignity and human rights.
So please call Disney Corporate Communications at 818-560-5300 and let them know how you feel. Be sure to mention their responsibility to kids and that their livelihood depends on kids’ continued patronage and travel freedom.
If you find any better numbers, please post them here. You can also send emails, letters and faxes. Please share with us the addresses you use and the content of the communications you send.
Please share this call to action with your friends via email, Facebook and other social media.
Thank you.
P.S.: Please sign this petition and send it to your friends. Once we reach 100,000 signatures, we will deliver this in person to Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano and John Pistole.
