River In Russia Boils As River In China Turns Red!

The Chinese are not reporting it as a puzzle seeing as it’s a regular occuance after heavy rain falls.
“somewhere there was a gust of hot water supply line, ” = Bad translation from Russian to English. It should read ‘somewhere there was a burst hot water supply line.
“A regular occurrence after heavy rainfalls?” Please provide a link to a previous occurrence with photos if possible. I have never heard of blood-red erosion from anywhere.
