America Is Under Attack by Weather and Earthquake Weapons
There is a very strong possibility that the United States is under attack from forces using weather modification technology and earthquake producing capabilities. To many in the Independent Media this is anything but an outlandish claim. To many Americans, who are just beginning to realize how often and how severely we are being lied to, this is a claim being made by someone who should be wearing a tinfoil hat. This article is divided into two parts. First, a cursory examination will be offered with regard to the viability of the existence of weather modification and earthquake producing weapons. Secondly, an offering of the present use of these technologies presently being employed against the United States, will be presented as well.
Weather and Earthquake Technology Primer
I grew up in Denver and in the 1970’s it was widely reported in the media that the state was cloud-seeding as a means to increase snow fall at ski resorts, thus enhancing tourism. The endeavor was successful. Despite the fact that this technology is 60 years old, people simply do not want to believe it.
In Arizona, one can buy a permit for “weather modification” from the Secretary of State’s Office. The government will deny a permit to yours truly, but we are soon going to test and videotape the process.
Those who doubt that Katrina, or any other hurricane, could be stopped—or created—can find substantiation in a long-forgotten article by Chen May Yee in the Nov. 13, 1997, lke weapons Wissue of The Wall Street Journal where this was clearly discussed in the article.
On Oct. 2, 1992, The Wall Street Journal reported that a Russian company, Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc., has weather control equipment for sale and uses the advertising slogan of “weather made to order.”
Igor Pirogoff, director of the company, said “Elate is capable of fine-tuning weather patterns over a 200-squaremile area for as little as $200 U.S. per day,” the newspaper reported.
The article recounts an offer by the Russians to aid Malaysia to create a typhoon to dissipate a pall of smoke that hung over the country, and still does, caused by the burning of large sections of the rain forests in Indonesia and Sumatra.
To quote from the article: Datuk Law Hieng Ding, Malaysia’s minister for science, technology and the environment at the time, said his country “would use special technology to create an artificial cyclone to clean the air.”
In short, the technology exists, it is sophisticated and it has existed for a long time. Below is the Air Force’s position on this topic in which it is clearly admitted that the Air Force has had the ability to initiate earthquakes.
Here is a partial abstract related to the fact that the Air Force has had the ability to harness the ability to destroy targets and geographic areas through what is loosely called weather wars technology and earthquake weaponry, and they have claimed to have had this ability since the 1990’s.

Louisiana Is Closed for Business-Military Deployed
In New Orleans, if you drive faster than 5 mph over standing water, the police are under orders to write you a ticket. Death and devastation are spreading throughout the states and the misery will soon reach throughout the central Midwest. There is one significant problem, the projected weather patterns are too uniform, to be viewed as a random collection of projected weather events. To one local meterologist, interviewed for this report, they were “troubled at the lack of randomness” associated with the storms and uniformity of progression over a large swath of land.

The data points take an even more ominous turn when we consider that this corresponds, almost directly, with the New Madrid Fault.
The convergence of extreme weather, combined with the possible EMP, excitation of key plate tectonics could produce the following effect. One confidential source revealed the following map would be the “zone of concentration”. Interestingly, it has happened before WITHOUT artificial stimulation. One can only imagine the devastation if this is an orchestrated event.
Who needs nuclear bombs when weather and earthquake wars can produce such an event.

Potential Earthquake Attacks Upon California
On February 26, 2016, the Global Forecast System model recorded intense and wide-ranging carbon monoxide (CO) spike over the US West Coast. A region stretching from British Columbia, through Washington and Oregon, and on over most of California experienced CO readings ranging from about 5,000 parts per billion over the mountains of Southwestern Canada to as high as 40,000 parts per billion over Southern California. “Very high peak readings appear to have occurred from Northern California near Eureka CA., and along a line south and eastward over much of Central California to an extreme peak zone just north and west of Los Angeles near Palmdale.”
When on reads the annotated bibliography and related research articles associated with Air Force Owning the Weather 2025, this is precisely the pattern of progression that one sees prior to suspected artificially caused earthquake. These quake pattern begins as a broad-spectrum and then reaches a narrow and concentrated focus in the intended target zone. This is what we are seeing in California. If I were to make an earthquake projection based upn the most recent data, I would place the primary quake zone from Palmdale west to the coast and then turning left and extending into Orange County.
This could be a probe, a beta test, or it could the EMP exciting and movement of plate tectonics prior to massive earthquake. These kinds of earthquakes are always preceded with the release of CO and methane and this is exactly what we are witnessing in California.
I also find it interesting that as well known as this technology is, I have been largely unsuccessful in getting “experts” to discuss the ramifications. The hesitation is not due to skepticism, but what I judge to be fear of the event and fear of criticism for acknowledging the potential event.
As of this date, no major US or Canadian geological organization has yet made any report on this particularly large CO spike, which could result in the death of millions due to poison air being stagnated over population centers. “However, a piece of scientific research in Nature Asia, by K. S. Jayaraman notes thatmajor CO and SO2 spikes may be an indication that future earthquake activity is on the way. According to Nature Magazine, this type of intense CO spike occurred prior to a 7.6 magnitude earthquake that shook Gujara in 2001 killing 20,000 people:

Singh said that CO levels were taken by an instrument onboard NASA’s Terra satellite — launched in 2009 — circling the earth in a polar orbit at a height of 705 km. The instrument measures CO concentrations at different heights and also computes the total amount of the gas in a vertical column of air above the earth surface prior to an earthquake.
Nightmare Scenario
I have no credible proof at this time, however, if I were to attack the United States with this technology, I would exacerbate what is already going on in Yellowstone National Park.
For years, I have followed the work of New York University theoretical physics professor, Michio Kaku, and his Superstring Theory related to the fact that we live in a multi-dimensional Universe. Since the passing of Carl Sagan, Dr. Kaku is wearing the hat of America’s most prominent scientist.It is safe to say that when Kaku speaks, scientists listen. And lately, he has been speaking about the threat that is the Yellowstone super volcano.
Much to my chagrin, Kaku is on the record of having stated that the super volcano event at Yellowstone would be an extinction level event (ELE).
In the following video, Kaku states that the volcano could erupt at anytime and the earth would no longer support life. Kaku went on to say that the United States would be covered in several feet of volcanic ash. The aerial debris would block out the sun, thus creating nuclear winter and all plant life would die. When all plant life dies, all mammals will soon die as well, mostly from starvation.
Yellowstone erupts every 600,000 years and we are 40,000 years overdue. Kaku goes on to say that the Yellowstone explosion will undoubtedly be an ELE and it is not a matter of if, but a matter of when. In the accompanying video, Kaku speaks to the fact that the ground at Yellowstone has risen dramatically in the past few years, thus increasing the danger of a massive explosion.

Is the Government Doing Anything About These Possibilities?
There are massive troop movements going on across the country today. I have been sent no less than seven major transport train videos. I have chosen one to display, because the equipment on the train is telling.
This is from a truck driver who describes and taping massive military equipment. The tape is made with a little too much very exuberance, but feel free to turn the sound down. Look at the equipment that caught on tape near Gallup, New Mexico. This tape was made on March 9, 2016.

Conclusion
California, Louisiana and possibly Yellowstone, what do they have in common? Any attack upon these areas in the manner in which I describe would destroy this nation, for good. We have fairly strong evidence that California is under attack. Lousiana is high suspect as to the progression of events in that state and if Yellowstone ever goes, it could become an extinction level event.
Are weather and earthquake wars the wave of the future? The Air Force thinks so.

Just for the record here in America there are three classes of the informed. There is first a very small minority of free thinking people who continually educate themselves about the world around them using multiple sources of verification, there are the lazy and preoccupied who listen to and accept whatever version of reality is suggested by others who claim to be authorities possessing special knowledge, and lastly the mentally disassociated who are far more interested in what’s on television or for dinner than they are about current transformations of our liberty. This segment of the population wants badly to be catered to and valued in absence of any social contribution, they are social parasites who shun opposing thought, out of neglect they blindly accept the official narrative, they avoid personal responsibility and despise mutual respect, they are seemingly void of just plain common sense and most disturbingly they become agitated, angry and often violently indignant when opposed. My point is simply that it is not that us American citizens who don’t understand, some of us are more than aware. The ones that are paying attention despise this as much as any other sane person would, however the solid majority of Americans are totally oblivious to what their ruling class is up to.
